LEGO - Lord of the Rings: Rivendell

The LEGO Lord of the Rings: Rivendell exclusive had the highest sales forecast of any single LEGO product in 2023. It needed an exclusive treatment. I worked with a 3D vendor to source animated renders of the product. That meant creating a storyboard of what I envisioned the motion content on the product page would be, and using it to brief the vendor, while simultaneously getting approval from the IP partner. The finished product set the bar for motion content on LEGO.com.

The look and feel of the product page was distributed to assets across channels. Motion content was repurposed for an interactive feature explorer and cutdowns for paid social media. It all added up to one of the most successful product launches in the history of LEGO.
